Jo Musker-Sherwood led the climate lobbying specialist organisation, Hope for the Future, until she couldn’t anymore. The urgency of the climate crisis is putting pressure on many people in the environmental sector. Jo’s experience of burnout, and her recovery has led her to research and resource others with emotional resilience strategies.
